Body On The Line

With three one-on-one PT sessions and two extra workouts to complete, this 30 Day programme is not for the faint-hearted. You'll be held accountable, with an incentive of half the price off the programme if you're successful.

Combining our famous Saturday Bootcamp sessions with weekly challenges, you can choose to take it at your own pace or kick it up a notch with an added weekly personal training session. You'll also be part of a great online support group.
