Introducing our new 4 Weeks To Strong challenge, 2x 500 dollar prizes for best male/ female transformations - based on before and after pictures, measurements, bodyfat percentage, overall commitment and performance. 


Check out Recreate Personal Training’s standardised system to not only have you improve strength and performance but learn how to safely and effective execute complex movements like squatting, bench press and deadlifts. Not to mention increasing cardiovascular output to levels you never thought imaginable. 

The system creates goals and standards for you to achieve leaving you wanting more from yourself each session. We teach you the right techniques and call on specialist trainers to help you develop as a person physically and mentally. You can start at any level but ensure you have the will and determination to better yourself each workout. 

We want to make this program more accessible to everyone so we have restructured the program and pricing to suit the individual. Creating an opportunity to follow the program self directed or in a small group. 

What you get: 

Option 1: Challenges Only - 3 weekly strength and conditioning challenges, nutrition plan, private FB group access = 50 dollars (12.50p/w) 

Option 2: Challenges + 1 small group p/w - 3 weekly strength and conditioning challenges, nutrition plan/ tracking, private FB group access, one small group session per week (Saturday’s Only), start and end testing, opportunity to win the prize money = 130 dollars (32.50p/w)

Option 3: Challenges + 2 small group p/w - 3 weekly strength and conditioning challenges, nutrition plan/ tracking, private FB group access, two small group sessions per week (1x Saturday + 1x Weekday), start and end testing, opportunity to win the prize money = 210 dollars (52.50p/w) 

Option 3: Challenges + 3 small group p/w - 3 weekly strength and conditioning challenges, nutrition plan/ tracking, private FB group access, three small group sessions per week (1x Saturday + 2x Weekdays), start and end testing, opportunity to win the prize money = 290 dollars (72.50p/w) 

Option 4: Challenges + 4 small group p/w - 3 weekly strength and conditioning challenges, nutrition plan/ tracking, private FB group access, four small group sessions per week (1x Saturday + 3x Weekdays), start and end testing, opportunity to win the prize money = 370 dollars (92.50p/w)

Winners are selected based on transformation photos, physical improvement, body-fat percentage, adherence to the nutritional guidelines, completion of challenges and group sessions, as well as their contribution to the group.
