Our unique training formula combines strength and cardio to give you a full body workout that will push you to your limits (and leave you wanting more!). Suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are a fitness freak or a beginner, our Bootcamps will help you increase fitness and burn fat (or just bank some calories for the weekend).

The details:

Each Bootcamp includes 4 X 60 minute Saturday sessions held at 8.30am at various locations around Christchurch. Pay just $40* per person for all 4 sessions (normally worth over $100).
