I've ben training with Shannon Durrant since late last year. I did the BOTL programme and I managed to lose 5kgs and it was the best feeling ever. I have learned so much from Shannon, especially with my nutrition.
He's an awesome personal trainer. There is never a dull moment during training and he always knows how to make the session fun and of course challenging. Thanks Shannon for kicking my butt in the gym.
