Why did you start with Recreate?

I had attended their Saturday Bootcamp programmes, recommended through a friend of a friend, prior to the corporate training at work.

After having great results on my own, I noticed that our workplace was lacking some competition/ exercise. The three Recreate trainers really appealed to our group as we have a very diverse range of workers, all with very different fitness/exercise backgrounds. It was nice to be split up and assigned a trainer to discuss fitness goals and what we wanted to achieve out of it, as everyone was very different.

What keeps you coming back?

  • The variety of the workouts
  • High intensity
  • Banter from the trainers

Why would you recommend Recreate?

I would recommend these guys to anyone I know. They’re positive friendly guys, genuinely interested in helping individuals and groups see changes in themselves. They believe in you when you feel like things aren’t possible and constantly push and challenge you.  They have nailed the group fitness idea and can deal with organising/motivating large groups.
